I listened to this CD and had two immediate impressions: This is American music that is rarely being made these days, much less recorded, and second, this is music that is an amalgam of all the wonderful music that passed up and down the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers, plus it has a pop appeal. If you appreciate Johnny Cash, Tom Waits, James McMurtry, or Warren Zevon, this is a must listen. I hope tyrone keeps workin it...
